Rubbish DisposalThere are bin chutes available on each floor inside the Waste Rooms near the lift lobby. Please note, only small garbage bags with general waste can be placed inside the chutes to prevent damage and blockages. All recyclables, and large rubbish bags have to be disposed of using the large bins down on level B2, near the lift lobbies.

Car ParkingCar parking is available for an additional cost of $30 per night (subject to availability) and can be booked with our reception team. Please make sure you park in your designated bay to avoid your vehicle getting towed.

Luggage StorageLuggage storage for the day is available within our office hours. Please speak to our reception team for further information.

Pool Towels & Extra QuiltYou can find pool towels and a spare quilt on the shelf, inside the bedroom cupboard.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?A security deposit of $200 (Pre-authorisation) is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Depending on your financial institution, these funds may take up to 10 business days to clear after your departure.

What happens if i need something after-hours?Melbourne Village has a 24 Hr on-site Concierge to assist our guests with any emergency needs. All non-emergency needs can only be addressed during office hours.

What payment methods do Lumina Suites accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Please note that there is a 1.65% surcharge when you pay via Visa or Mastercard and 3.5% surcharge for Amex. **Cash is not accepted.

How do I check-in?Check in during office hours (7 AM - 10 PM) is at the reception located on 105 Batman Street, West Melbourne, VIC - 3003. Outside office hours, our Guest Relations team will contact you prior to your stay to provide instructions for checking-in and will be happy to address any concerns you may have. What is Lumina Suites` cancellation policy?Non Refundable bookings incur full accommodation charge in case of no-show. Date change is not permitted for Non Refundable bookings. Flexible bookings can be cancelled with 72 hrs notice. Bookings cancelled within 72 Hrs of arrival will incur the first night accommodation charge. No show on flexible booking will incur the first night accommodation charge.

Is parking available?Yes. Secured on-site parking is available. Car parking will incur a fee ($30 daily or $200 weekly) and is subject to availability, so please get in touch with us in advance for details.

Is smoking allowed?Lumina Suites have a strict NO smoking policy in all apartments. Please respect this for the comfort of other guests. If you do need to smoke, we ask that you do so outside in the designated smoking area.

How often is the apartment serviced?We offer weekly complimentary Housekeeping service at Melbourne Village. Extra Housekeeping service is available upon request, at a cost of $85 for One Bedroom Apartment and $110 for Two Bedroom Apartments. Valet Laundry services are also available at an additional cost. What time is check-in and check-out?Guests can check-in from 2pm and have until 10am to check-out. If you’re arriving before this time or wish for a later departure, we ask that you contact us in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made (subject to availability, an additional fee may apply).

Is luggage storage offered?Yes. We do offer complimentary luggage storage service for early arrivals and late departures. Please note that we do not offer long term storage once you have departed.
